General questions about Subversion should go to
[EMAIL PROTECTED] , where people will be able to help you
much more. At a quick look, it sounds like you're missing the http
repository access module, which could be due to a number of reasons
(compiling svn yourself without Neon installed, missing a package from
your distro that provides this module separately from the main svn
package, using a prepackaged binary that doesn't offer http
support...).
