Hi Guys,

The first place to check is your dashboard for messages like
disapproved if these are found you should recieve an email from Google
detailing the problems.
Your account if this is case can only be re-enabled by Google so if
you don't receive an email see the contact us form here :
http://www.google.com/support/merchants/bin/answer.py?answer=160042&query=disapproved&type=

If you don't have this message then can you outline the exact error
messages/problems you getting ?
