MarshallIndent is a shortcut that creates an encoder, calls
encoder.Indent() and then calls encoder.Encode():
func MarshalIndent(v interface{}, prefix, indent string) ([]byte, error) {
var b bytes.Buffer
enc := NewEncoder(&b)
enc.Indent(prefix, indent)
if err := enc.Encode(v); err != nil {
