Are you asking about statically linking libsass?
In addition to other flags to statically link your Go binary, you can tell
cgo to statically link libsass:
$ export CGO_LDFLAGS="\
-Wl,-Bstatic \
`pkg-config --libs libsass` \
-lotherDep -lotherDep2
-Wl,-Bdynamic"
