Dear Renata,

A late response to your mail - I am not able to replicate what you write.
There is free pdf download on Springerlink for bookchapters older than 10
years to some extent. But not all - a little test on my side shows that
around 10% is for free.

Cordially,

Jan

Hi

It seems so clear that this is so good for authors, readers and publishers.

Why doesn't this happen more often?

Btw, I am trying to "free" an old book by a group of researchers as well.
If anyone has any hints on how to negotiate with the publisher, please send
them, maybe in pvt.
