Step 2 of "How to request a GNOME (LDAP) account" on [New GNOME Account Requests](https://wiki.gnome.org/action/show/Infrastructure/NewAccounts) page states that ``` Open an account request issue, and fill in the template (the issue is marked as confidential by default) ``` But because of insufficient rights, commands `/label ~new-account` and `/confidential` are not making the issue confidential. Please either add the ability to make issues confidential or update the documentation and remove misleading information.
