yeah guess that was a bit melodramatic. But i do feel like people have stopped asking others questions so much online or have moved to other platforms (looking at this page, I see lots of questions but few answers ... https://webapps.stackexchange.com/questions/tagged/gmail). Not sure where true aficionado's who want to understand ever nook and cranny of software they use go these days... I feel like maybe there are less of those people in general as computers and the web have completely enervated the market. I personally don't know where else to go for questions like this kind of obscure one I've had for years: "I use the spacebar to page down in the message list but when i need to select a message with the keyboard, it always jumps back up to the last message i read"
