I'm seeing it as well. I have about 10 secondary accounts setup, some with 
"treat as alias", some without. Regardless of the setting, when I "Reply 
All" (doesn't happen with Reply) to emails sent to any of the accounts, my 
email address gets added to the CC field as described above. It's very 
annoying.
