Hi Felipe No I don't think this is possible but once you have an Apps account you will be able to ask Google for support.
What I would do is either setup the new one to fetch your mails from the gmail.com account using POP, or connect a 3rd party client such as Mozilla Thunderbird to both accounts via IMAP and then you can drag and drop messages between the two.
