There is no way that a for-profit company can offer free support to ~500 million users. What have you done so far to troubleshoot this problem yourself? Have you checked your Sent Mail folder? Have you updated your account recovery options and changed password? Have you scanned your PC for malware? It is quite possible that your account has been compromised and being used to send Spam.
