Hi James,

I don't think you'll be getting this error if you're sending the particular
email from your figmints.com domain. Last I checked, gmail and Google Apps
accounts use the same SMTP, i.e. smtp.gmail.com

So I'm going to take a wild guess and assume you're sending it from a
separate domain, say abc.com. If so, you need to use that domain's SMTP
server instead of using gmail's settings under: Accounts and Import > Add
another email address you own > Send mail through your SMTP server

Otherwise (and this is why you'll see it only once in a while), in some
cases, the receiving mail server will not accept your message because they
see you're trying to *relay *the message via gmail instead of the domain's
own SMTP. Why does it get rejected? This is common technique used by
spammers. :)

Hope this helps.
