Now if you specifically want to have multiple Gmail usernames, then you will need to create multiple, separate, independent Google/Gmail accounts, one for each of them, as you did. However, is it possible that you were already logged into one of your other Gmail accounts, when you tried to login to this one? That might have brought up that screen you saw.
