No , this plug is focused on HR and resources .

What is being asked is that for each ticket glpi allows task creation and this 
task can be assigned 
With status .

In ticket templates there are fields for addition. , hiding , mandatory etc 
.But no place for task addition .

Example scenario as already narrated whe. New employee joins , the ticket 
template with category 
User_joining might be created and for this ticket 
Task like ad creation, mail  creation etc would already be there n template , 
so the person attending can carry out that tasks based n task assignment and 
update status .
