I am going to work on this ticket:

I plan to allow multiple requesters first. Later, other people can add
multiple groups, techs, etc. See the attached screen shot of my plan.
I will add a table called glpi_tickets_users, and keep the information
there. I will also make sure that all of the requesters receive emails,
and that any of the requesters can add a follow up. Users will be able
to see any ticket that they are listed as a requester in.
If anyone has a better idea, please share it now before I begin!
