Hi,
We have a very particular demand for GLPI. We have to control Hoots
(dedicated point-to-point voice channel). They have a few information that
need to be controlled and maintained (address, circuit designation, carrier,
etc).
What is the recommendation for building this: to custumize a whole
new management module or to built a plugin?
Ps: most important thing for us is to control downtime and helpdesk
ticket for each individual circuit, thus controlling our SLA contratact.
