Hi,

I am currently porting the latest version of GLPI to the FreeBSD operating
system.
In the port creation process I need to tell the port's architecture how to retrieve the original source code from the web.

The actuel download link to the latest stable version of GLPI is

        http://glpi-project.org/?action=dw2_out&id=409

but I can't use that download link since the port subsystem requires something
more standard:

        http://glpi-project.org/downloadarea/latesttarball.tar.gz (for example)

There may be some workarounds to make that work but I would like a cleaner solution - and discuss this point with the GLPI's devel team.

I would like to know if it is possible to make every latest stable version of GLPI available as a direct link to the matching tarball (this is currently what you do for daily snapshots). If not, I will have to mirror the latest stable release on another website, and this is definitively not the best thing to do.

Hi,

The direct link is : http://glpi-project.org/IMG/gz/glpi-0.68.3.tar.gz
All releases are in this directory http://glpi-project.org/IMG/gz/

The other link is used to count the downloads.

Regards,

Julien
Thanks,
Mathias
