I'm about the same place with a slightly different problem, on login via
Kerberos I get a 422 response.
In gitlab-rails/production.log:
Started POST "/users/auth/kerberos/callback" for 127.0.0.1 at 2014-11-26

Parameters: {"username"=>"xxxxxxxx", "password"=>"[FILTERED]"} Can't verify
CSRF token authenticity Completed 422 Unprocessable Entity in 4ms

I also verified krb5_auth was working fine.
This is with an omnibus installation.
