Hello, We are in the process of moving all our git repositories to an Entreprise Gitlab hosted on our own servers. So far we are still experimenting with it, we would like to know how to setup gitlab notifications feature to "watch" by default for all users. which they could change later.
The reason for willing to do this is that "participating" seems to be the default setting for notifications and it doesn't work. No users receive emails when actions like comments are executed on the repositories they are participating to. Thank you for your help in advance.
