The `ballista-scheduler` lib tests don't compile on `main`:

#2613 removed the `ExecutionPlan` import from the `execution_graph.rs` test
module along with the test plan node that used it. Meanwhile #2633 added
`losing_own_shuffle_output_restores_the_cache_reader`, which also relies on
that import. Each PR compiled on its own, but together they break the build.
# What changes are included in this PR?
Adds `use datafusion::physical_plan::ExecutionPlan;` back to the test module.
