The existing `.ai/skills/wire-datafusion-function/SKILL.md` still tells
contributors to edit `docs/source/user-guide/latest/`. Following those steps
now creates exactly the source directory this guard rejects. Could the
instructions for adding and wiring expressions point at `user-guide/dev/` in
the same change?
