`CREATE PROCEDURE p () AS BEGIN SELECT 1; END` printed as `CREATE PROCEDURE p AS BEGIN SELECT 1; END`. The parser returned `Some(vec![])` both for `()` and for a procedure without a parameter list, and `Display` skipped an empty list.
