Found with #2646.
When I started to work on it, it turned out that without refactoring I
would need to lose `tokenize_number_part`, so I decided to go with a
refactoring via `is_digit_leading_identifier`, while trying to keep the
`supports_numeric_prefix` logic.
Open question from my side: do we need to fix each fuzz finding, or should
there still be some healthy limitations?
