## Which issue does this PR close? - N/A ## Rationale for this change The committer list on the [governance page](https://datafusion.apache.org/contributor-guide/governance.html) is out of date relative to the [Apache roster](https://projects.apache.org/committee.html?datafusion). ## What changes are included in this PR? Ran `python3 docs/scripts/update_committer_list.py` and added the GitHub handles by hand. New committers: - Luca Cappelletti (`lucacappelletti`, [@LucaCappelletti94](https://github.com/LucaCappelletti94)) - Dewey Dunnington (`paleolimbot`, [@paleolimbot](https://github.com/paleolimbot)) The rest of the diff is prettier re-aligning the table because the github column got wider. ## What is the testing strategy for this PR?
