Merged current main (`474b5ece8`) without conflicts or history rewriting. Updated head: `82dbfee82ad6f1415552f3cb733c5fe75ab4c331`. The same recursive buffer-nullability fix and forced-spill regressions remain in the two-file PR. Fresh ancestry, patch-preservation, syntax/static, and PR-scoped whitespace checks passed. Earlier native/Spark regression results remain tied to their recorded older base; native/JVM runtime has not been revalidated on this head.
