I don't have a strong opinion on continuing with `iceberg-datafusion` vs `datafusion-iceberg` and am fine with either. The latter is more consistent with convention though. It will definitely be confusing for existing users of the current `datafusion-iceberg` crate though. Maybe it could continue to be published under a modified name?
