@neilconway could I ask for your review here? The goal is just to make errors more uniform for upstream systems. We attempt to determine if errors are our bug or a user error, and currently it's impossible to do with many of these regex cases (requires parsing error strings, and there are many variations of them). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
