Corrected the generated AVG note in [754a1df66](https://github.com/apache/datafusion-comet/commit/754a1df6687b2441f13551d6b6ee5f0f3d5de690) to say that grouped ANSI fallback applies when the input remains `DECIMAL` after Spark optimization, matching the operator guide. This changes only the documentation reason; aggregate admission and native code are unchanged. Full reactor compilation, Spotless, and fresh GenerateDocs output checks passed.
