### Is your feature request related to a problem or challenge?
The `Map` type is supported in DataFusion/Arrow, but it's not possible to
directly create tables with it. Example:
```sql
> create table t (a map(int, int));
This feature is not implemented: Unsupported SQL type Map(INT, INT)
```
However this works:
```sql
> create table t as select map {1: 2};
0 row(s) fetched.
```

Be able to create tables with the `Map` type.
