Makes sense, we are still prioritizing them on the PyArrow build: https://github.com/apache/arrow/blob/3faa8e172f6277ea21cd667500f3d5b1ac36e0e2/python/CMakeLists.txt#L305-L333 We could potentially remove them and use the Arrow C++ ones only, which we already do if the env variable is not defined. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
