Thanks for a pointer. During the pre-release freeze, topics that are not yet ready for the upcoming release are backburnered and processed as "time available" basis. It may take a bit more than usual before getting picked up, because not picking up a reroll immediately up would save me effort and time if public comments the topic receives in a few days results in a yet another version.
