They have been kicked out of the packaging in 2018 during a JTS upgrade, and have not made it back in yet. I personally never used them, but think they are a nice addition to do small customizations without the need to add a full blown Java plugin, but keep them in the data dir.... oh well, the day we get a maintainer for them I'll be quite happy to bring them back in the build.
