Thanks for the update. I will pass it on to our sys admins From: Jody Garnett [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: Tuesday, 10 September 2019 3:08 PM To: Humphries, Graham <[email protected]> Cc: [email protected] Subject: Re: [Geoserver-users] Geoserver 2.16-RC
It looks like some java 11 specific jars have gotten into the mix (that is what the module-info.java warning is about). You may need a newer version of Tomcat? Looks like this may be "fixed" (ie ignored) in Tomcat 8.5.12 onward. -- Jody Garnett On Mon, 9 Sep 2019 at 21:17, Humphries, Graham <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: Yes I did. I use JNDI data source defined in the Tomcat context.xml and I have the ojdbc8.jar for Oracle 12c as the driver. Did you get any indication from the logs why it would not start (I assumed you also followed the instructions to install the JDBC driver alongside the oracle plugin?) ________________________________ CONFIDENTIALITY NOTICE AND DISCLAIMER The information in this transmission may be confidential and/or protected by legal professional privilege, and is intended only for the person or persons to whom it is addressed.
