New to the list. Using CSS styling it appears there's a "font-opacity" which
works for labels, but is not documented. Looking at the generated SLD, it
compiles to TextSymbolizer->Fill->CssParameter:fill-opacity. Not sure if I
should submit an issue ticket (didn't see one for it, nor for documentation
really). Or maybe via Git.
