We need to seed those layers with GWC. Here comes the problem, GWC cannot seed
those layers, GWC uses anonymous to access the workspace.

Is there any option i’m missing?
You're not missing anything, the GWC seeding threads do run only in anonymous
mode.
The machinery should be modified to allow specifying a username/password when
starting them, or
to run them in "admin" mode. See here if you want the feature to be implemented:
