Hi, My Geoserver 2.10 returns capabilities with your POST and I do not believe we can help you more. Contact Spanish General Directorate for Cadastre, they seem to deliver contact details with GET http://ovc.catastro.meh.es/INSPIRE/wfsCP.aspx?service=wfs&request=getcapabilities
