Hi Dipak,

depending on what the field officers have available in the field, you
could(!) make some layers available as WFS-T layers (transactional WFS
== editable features).
Then a good WFS-T client ( QGIS on a (mobile?) connected Linux laptop
:-) ) could then edit the data in the field. In QGIS you can make custom
dialogs for datasources, making it possible to have a dedicated more
userfriendly gui/dialog for certain WFS layers.
