I'm just getting started with a custom data store, packaged and deployed to a
GeoServer instance. So far, so good.
However, I need to access the HttpServletRequest to get the client PKI
certificate (and likely some other attributes), and I'm not seeing any way to
access them in my DataStore or FeatureReader. Any tips here? If not something
that can be directly sent, perhaps overriding some REST endpoint and bind the
request to a ThreadLocal? Just speculating...
Related, is there any way to override the tile caching strategy so that it only
applies it on a per-user basis?
