Hiya,
I just wanted to point out that the behaviour of the FEATURE_COUNT parameter
changes depending on the WMS version.
Ticket GEO-4528 changed the count to be global instead of per layer, which
matches the 1.1.1 specification.
However, the 1.3.0 specification does say per layer and so this behaviour
should be different depending on the WMS version used.
Should I put a ticket is for this?
