This issue pops up from time to time, this time it happened to me...
- GeoServer 2.2beta2 (and related SQL Server plugin) on Ubuntu
- SQL Server 2008 R2 on Windows 7
- Polygos data loaded from shapefile with OGR2OGR
- SRID defined in the OGR2OGR command lne
- Spatial index created with correct bounds
...but still SRS and BBOX are empty, and when SRS is set by hand and then
"Compute
from data" is clicked:
