Barring any bugs (I haven't used this since I implemented it) this should
work in CSS:
* {
mark-geometry: [the_point_property];
fill-geometry: [the_polygon_property];
}
[@scale > 100000] {
mark: symbol('circle');
}
[@scale < 100000] {
stroke: black;
fill: grey;
}
Please let me know if you run into problems with it.
