The INSPIRE directive requires to create reports concerning performance/stress tests.
Starting point is a set of fixed urls. These urls should be used to test performance and to do a stress test monthly. The interesting thing is that it is necessary to check the images returned by WMS requests. Has somebody experience with an open source tool ? Any recommendations ?
