The Coverage Portial Service should be something that allows to dynamically
take a remote WCS, grab imagery, style it via SLD, and return the result as
a
WMS map.
We don't have such functionality, all GeoServer can do is feature portrial.
There are various things to implement to get to a working CPS, the most
significant
one is writing a WCS client in GeoTools.
