I've been using geoserver as WMS server very succesfuy for some time. But in my
last last proyect, we need that geoserserver, server a picture as a map, for
that I've been using the option of WroldMap, and at the begining it look
enougth, but i don't get a good quality in the out rasters, mainly in the far
zooms where the picture loock verey ugly.
I try to change the interpolation algorit to bilinera and bicubic, and I get
some improvement but not enougth....
I run some java code test and I read some papers...

And I thing that te problem is that there are no aapropiate algorit to
downscale pictures in geoserver, I don't now if there are some way to get a
good downscale images, or if some one could tool me were the scale raster is
made in the code and I can code my shelf.
