Can you say me, where I can get the gt-jdbc-oracle Extension ready to start? 
I thought about a jar file. 
If I understood it right, gt-jdbc-oracle is part of Geotools. But there I just 
found the source code with a .pom instruction for installing with maven. And I 
think there should be an easier way.

Only Oracle Locator features are used in the gt-jdbc-oracle extension.
