The white zones would appear to represent gaps between the interpolation, which 
in turn implies that the blanking distance parameter needs to be increased from 
the default value. The blanking distance parameter specifies how far away any 
data point to interpolate during gridding.

When you are gridding and leave the blanking distance parameter blank, the 
program calculates a default blanking distance value, based upon the survey 
area and the amount of data within that area. If you created this grid gridding 
using minimum curvature gridding, the default blanking distance can be viewed 
in the "RANGRID.log" file which sits in the same directory as the grid. This 
file can be opened in any text editor.

Generally the default blanking distance should not result in gaps like the ones 
seen in your grid, particularly when it appears that your data coverage is 
quite consistent across the area. Indeed, if this result indeed does arise from 
using a default blanking distance, then you should specify a blanking distance 
that is greater than the default, in order to fill in the observed gaps in the 
output grid.
