Emma, The correct DC shift should solve your problem. You may have not used a big enough shift or the wrong sign. I suggest that you try using the "Digitize" option to set the DC shift. Click on the "Set" button next to the DC Shift value. The click on the "Digitize" button. Then click on the well locations on any active map. It will average the misfit at those location and set a new DC Shift based on that value.
