Find the ebuild in /var/db/pkg/category/package Copy it to your personal local overlay Configure make.conf to include this in PORTDIR_OVERLAY Mask anything later than that version All standard stuff, documented at length in gentoo docs. Search for "overlay" -- alan dot mckinnon at gmail dot com
