he claims to be subscribed to this list for how long? two years? And he missed 
all the 'don't post html' mails? That is not easy to do.

and some people still have to deal with dial up connections - the great world 
of capitalism. Also, everything has to go over a few sponsored servers. And 
traffic is not free.
