This is what happens when you hit TAB twice when running bash. So either you hit TAB or a couple TAB characters \t\t were in the input stream somewhere. The list is a list of executable commands within the scope of your account. If you type part of a command and hit TAB twice, it'll give you a list of commands based on what you've typed so far.
