If it doesn't work do some more googling for squid ntlm , but it looks
straightforward once you get past the samba stuff. Be aware the Squid
2.6 was finally released over the summer and most of the config stuff is
based around 2.5. I don't believe that the syntax has changed much, but
it's something to keep in mind.
